Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.

The Seven Oaks Ranch is a fully operating farm and is located in Martin County and nearby to the West Palm Beach area and Palm Beach International Airport. Those of you visiting Jupiter, Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Tequesta, Fort Peirce, and other South Florida areas are welcome to visit us during our many Happenings. You are also encouraged to learn more about our livestock and our farm to table methods. We also allow those looking to book a wedding, corporate event, or birthday to tour our farm.
